As Chief Chemical Heretic, Shaun’s full-time job is committing blasphemy against the cleaning industry. He translates lab insanity into human language, picks fights with petrochemicals for sport, and makes sure Motherferment never, ever plays nice.

As Head of Anti-Greenwash Operations, Jan serves as the Chief Decoder of Industry BS, the voice that translates corporate euphemisms into truth and rewires how consumers understand “clean.”

Craig Martone graduated from Emerson College in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Communications. After that he has spent nearly 40 years in Finance, over 30 of those years at Morgan Stanley in various roles across the Institutional Sales and Trading Businesses. Craig has also worked as Head of Interest Rate Sales at HSBC and on an Institutional Global Macro sales team at Merrill Lynch. Some pf the other roles he has held include Global Futures Sales, US Treasury Trading and Sales, Interest Rate Derivative Sales, and Global Macro Distribution. In 2010 Craig transitioned into Senior Relations Management for Morgan Stanley representing some of the largest clients in the firm across all products. In this role he was able to connect clients to firm resources and established some of the strongest relationships thus far in his career. Craig is currently on the Board of Partnership for After School Education in New York City. There he is actively involved in helping to bring resources to the organization. He has served on several boards in the past including the Nantucket Film Festival and Cancer Care. Craig has also been a consistent supporter of the NY Football Giants Foundation, Boys Hope and Girls Hope, and Hopes and Heroes. Craig currently resides in Greenwich Connecticut with his son Philip and his daughter Jane.

Blaine McClure has spent his career building companies that make the environment harder to ignore. As founder and CEO of Restoration + Recovery — the company that became AQUALIS, now the nation's leading stormwater management firm — he proved that environmental compliance and business scale aren't in tension; they're the same thing. Before that, he managed timber operations deep in the Amazon basin and led construction ventures across the Southeast. He brings to Motherferment what most advisors can't: the hard-won perspective of someone who built an environmental infrastructure company from the ground up, took on private equity, and left the industry fundamentally changed. He believes the next frontier isn't above-ground water — it's what we're pouring inside our homes.

Ray co-founded RLB Holdings with his wife Lydia in 2011 and is the managing general partner of the firm. After a 20 plus year energy trading career at Texaco and Glencore Limited, Ray turned to Private Equity and the development of a family office which is dedicated to having a diversified portfolio and a double bottom line investment approach.

Paul Scialla, founder and CEO of Delos, spent 18 years on Wall Street, including 10 as a Partner at Goldman Sachs. He realized the real estate industry focused on environmental impact, but not on how buildings affect the people inside them. As wellness became the fastest-growing industry, he founded Delos to transform indoor environments into catalysts for better health and well-being.
